Ordering Information
When you order from us, you will receive two emails. The first confirms that we have received your order. The second will be your notification that your order has shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and will be generated by the Postal Service, Click-N-Ship(R).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo thereon. We do not accept cash, checks or Money Orders.

Shipping costs to U.S. Zip Code'd addresses are based on your total order value. See the shipping schedule. This applies to all addresses bearing a U.S. Zip Code such as within the 50 states, military addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico etc.
For International Orders, shipping is charged at the actual rate charged by Post Office. Additional charges representing the difference between actual shipping charges, and pre-calculated shipping will be made at time of order processing.
U.S. Addresses
We ship via U.S.Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Express service is no longer available.
Shipments originate in Sangamon Co., IL. Shipping notice is sent by Click-N-Ship(R) Notification, courtesy of USPS.com, upon shipment of your order.
Estimated Shipping Time
7-10 business days from shipping date. This is not a guaranteed service. For more information, visit http://www.usps.com.
Usually, orders are processed within 3 business days after being placed. Depending on business levels at various times, however, it may take 4 days to ship your order from the time it is placed. Typically this is in June and December. Shipping time is in addition to delays in processing orders due to backlogs. Orders up to $200 can be shipped to either the card holder's billing address or a different address as specified. Orders over $200 are shipped only to the card holders billing address, Signature Required.
Canceling or Changing Orders

as soon as possible with your request. Please include your name and order #. An email will then be sent to verify change requests or cancelations. Once we receive verification, we will be happy to process your request.
Out-of-Stock Policy
Our system is set up to inform you immediately if an item is out-of-stock, before you order. If there is an oversight, and you are able to order an out-of-stock item, we have enacted the following procedure. For items out-of-stock at time of order, we will ship "partial" order immediately, and ship the balance when they become available. If, however, the out-of-stock items will not be available in more than two weeks, you will receive an email regarding a possible substitution. You can choose to either accept the substition, receive a refund for the out-of-stock items, or wait for the back-ordered item.
Duplicate Order Policy
Refunds will be issued only if an email to cancel duplicate order is received. Otherwise, orders will be filled as placed.

In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate. In the event of an error, whether on the Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order, and your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. As the actual colors you see depend on your computer monitor, however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
If you receive a product and aren't completely happy with it, just return it in "as-sold" condition, within 30 days of ship date, to

along with a copy of your Invoice and instructions to exchange, refund etc. Purchaser bears all costs involved in shipping. Items returned in unmerchantable condition will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option.

with a copy of your Invoice and an explanation of what you would like us to do (replace with correct item, refund etc). We will make the order right at no cost to you, i.e. we will refund your return shipping to your card.
This applies only to errors we made in filling your order, not orders where you ordered the wrong size/design/color etc.

Blue Ridge Backwoods II, Inc. sells products for youth, but will not sell products to individuals under 18 years old. Blue Ridge Backwoods II, Inc. will only sell products to adults, ages 18 years and older, who can purchase them with a credit card or paypal account. Blue Ridge Backwoods II, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if Blue Ridge Backwoods II, Inc. believes that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Blue Ridge Backwoods II, Inc. or its affiliates.

Shipping Charge Schedule
Our shipping charges are based on US priority mail, or UPS, and are based on weight. These will be calculated based on your selections, at the time of purchase.
