Store Hours

We strive to maintain hours that are convenient for our customers.  Because of the seasonal nature of the archery business, we have adopted different hours of operation for each season.  We also compete in National Archery tournaments and attend industry events - due to this, we tend to have the store open for certain weekends - but only for product sales and ranges.  The Pro Shop will be closed during these times.

Finally, during 3D season, we may open the store late or have full staff only after the shoots have completed.  Please be patient with us and we will serve you well.

Busy Season (July, August September, October, November)

During the busiest parts of the year, Blue Ridge Backwoods will be open for extended hours in order to allow our customers the opportunity to come in and shop at their convenience.  The following hours apply during these times of the year:

Winter Season (December, January, February, March)

During the winter season, Blue Ridge Backwoods will be open the following hours:

Spring Season (April, May, June)

During the spring season, Blue Ridge Backwoods will be open the following hours:

Holiday Hours

In order to give our employees time with their families, the store will be closed for the following holidays at the indicated times:

Pro Shop Closure

Because we must, as a group, attend certain industry events and tournaments, we do open the retail and archery ranges without the Pro Shop being open.  During these times, you will have limited help with fixing major issues.  We ask that you please be patient with us during these times as we are doing our best to balance the demands placed upon our time by these industry events.
